When my long time friend and partner Bucky Bakes told me about the SYC FUK sliders he had done at a benefit I knew right away I needed to try them out. The idea of putting cream cheese on a perfectly fine burger at first was turned me off. But this wasn’t the first time Bucky had told me of a strange recipe. This man eats like an animal. Dunking sausage in maple syrup, cheering lamb chops as it was a flute of fine champagne making peanut butter and cheddar cheese sandwiches. All which I do now. I didn’t doubt Mr.Bucky’s creation after getting over my fear of cream cheese. So i tried it and instantly new I needed to offer them on the Feed Your Hole truck. The only thing I added to the recipe was the Habanero Strawberry Sauce. We’ve had them on the truck for two weeks now and everyday people love them and they reserve them usually a day or two before.
